WINTER HIKE
A RING LOOP HIKE, AWAY FROM MOST TOURISTIC PATHS, FROM 1900 TO 2200/2400 Mt TO WITNESS CRATERI SILVESTRI, VALLE DEL BOVE AND SUMMIT CRATERS
Depart from Catania city center to reach the Etna tourist station at an altitude of 1900 meters with a scenic Minivan transfer through the park. From here, the excursion begins in company of our expert guides, who will lead you on a journey to discover the volcano, visiting Etna’s craters and caves, and reaching the edge of Valle del Bove for a breathtaking view of the Summit Craters. After a break to rest and recharge, a rapid descent through the volcanic sand dunes brings you back to the starting point, followed by the return to Catania city center.
